Bloom vase Big by 101 Copenhagen is a sculptural vase that commands a natural presence in the room. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl and inspired by 1970s floral design, its form is built from layers reminiscent of petals at different stages, from closed bud to open flower. The hand-glazed surface gives a lively texture and colour variation that makes each vase unique. As light and shadow fall across the form, its expression shifts throughout the day. Bloom vase Big is just as beautiful with branches and bouquets as it is standing alone as a decorative sculpture on a sideboard or shelf.
