Heirol roasting dish with induction plate and lid from Heirol is a versatile and practical baking dish that simplifies cooking. With an induction plate on the bottom you can start by searing on the stovetop and then put the dish in the oven — perfect for stews, casseroles and slow-cooked meals. Made from cast aluminium with a non-stick coating for easier cooking and cleaning. Capacity 4.5 liters and oven-safe up to 200 °C; the glass lid is safe up to 180 °C. Hand wash to preserve the coating and the dish over time.
