Ninotchka 425 pendant is a genuine and easily recognisable design icon made from robust materials. Designed by Bent Karlby in 1954, he was inspired by an eye-catching hat that Swedish Hollywood star Greta Garbo wore in her film Ninotchka from 1939. The organic form with asymmetrical drapery provides functional direct downward light and diffuse ambient light upwards.
