Markus Damascus chef's knife from Markus Aujalay has a blade constructed of 67 layers of steel that has been hammered and polished to create a knife beyond the ordinary. The core consists of a hard steel surrounded by a softer, more rust-resistant steel which makes the edge extremely sharp. The knife comes delivered in a nice gift box.
